Wales Au is the founder of W A Wine & Education and also a Certified WSET Educator with over 14 years of experience in teaching WSET Courses for different organizations. In 2012 & 2013, he was appointed as a Judge of China Wine & Spirits Awards (CWSA). Wales received a degree in Hotel Management. He has been an instructor of Catering Management with HKMA for more than 15 years.
